Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available
immediately, with assignments continuing through the end of the
school year. This role involves supporting students across a K-12
caseload, providing critical speech and language services within
elementary, middle, and high school settings. Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students ranging
from pre-school through 12th grade. Collaborate with educators and
families to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each
student's needs. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy
sessions, progress reports, and assessments. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the evaluation
process. Adapt therapeutic strategies to accommodate varying grade
levels and developmental stages. Qualifications: Valid SLP
certification and licensure appropriate for school settings.
Experience working with pediatric populations in educational
environments. Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload
effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
engage with students, staff, and families. Familiarity with
developing treatment plans aligned with educational standards.
