Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to support
students from pre-school through 12th grade in a school setting
located in Opelika, AL. This contract role begins ASAP and
continues through the end of the school year, offering the
opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 caseload across elementary,
middle, and high school levels. Key Responsibilities: Provide
speech-language pathology services to students from various grade
levels, including pre-school, elementary, middle school, and high
school. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and
fluency disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
education professionals to develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and maintain
accurate documentation in compliance with school policies.
Participate in team meetings and professional development
activities as required. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience working with pediatric populations in educational
settings. Ability to manage a caseload spanning K-12th grade.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students,
families, and school staff. Flexibility to work full-time with
consideration given to part-time candidates. Location: Opelika,
