Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Northport,
AL, serving a diverse K-12 caseload in a school setting from ASAP
through the end of the school year. This contract role offers the
chance to work with students across all grade levels, from
pre-school to high school, making a significant impact on their
communication and learning development. Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language assessments and intervention to
students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students
unique needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with all school district policies and
state regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
and contribute to IEP development. Qualifications and Experience:
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required.
Experience working in pediatric settings or schools preferred.
Ability to manage caseload effectively, balancing students across
elementary, middle, and high school levels. Strong communication
skills and commitment to student-centered care. Flexibility to
