Job Description Job Description The Pavilion is seeking an experienced Regional MDS Coordinator to provide oversight, support, and guidance across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Ohio. This role is ideal for a strong MDS nurse who understands PDPM, regulatory compliance, and how to support facility teams while maintaining consistency and accuracy across buildings. Responsibilities: Provide regional oversight of the MDS/RAI process across assigned facilities Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments in accordance with CMS guidelines Monitor PDPM accuracy, reimbursement optimization, and documentation integrity Support facility MDS Coordinators with training, audits, and ongoing education Conduct chart reviews, mock audits, and compliance checks Assist facilities with survey readiness and responses related to MDS and reimbursement Collaborate with DONs, Administrators, billing, and clinical leadership Standardize MDS processes and best practices across the region Travel between facilities as needed Qualifications: Active RN license required Extensive MDS experience in skilled nursing facilities required Strong knowledge of PDPM, RAI process, and CMS regulations Prior regional or multi-building experience preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and training skills Ability to work independently and support multiple teams What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Full benefits package Supportive regional and corporate leadership Opportunity to impact clinical quality and reimbursement across multiple buildings Stable organization with growth potential IND456
