Full-time, with rotating weekends Your Role as an LPN Charge Nurse:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents according to care
plans Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the
clinical team Supervise and support CNAs and care staff during the
shift Maintain resident documentation and uphold clinical policies
