mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct
culturally aware, strength-based assessments for new clients and
families, fostering a welcoming environment for individuals from
diverse backgrounds. Deliver customized outpatient individual and
family therapy tailored to the specific needs and situations of
each client, promoting healing and resilience. Create comprehensive
crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and
wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and
empowering their mental health journeys. Actively engage in case
consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning,
contributing your expertise to improve client care. Ensure timely
completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment
plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest
standards of professional accountability. Collaborate with our team
of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative
staff, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach to
mental health care. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social
Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related
discipline. Possession of a provisional license as required by
state regulations. Educational background that leads to or has
resulted in professional licensing. A strong passion for mental
health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Dedication
to ongoing professional development in mental health, including
access to free supervision and continuing education. Willingness to
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
Strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining
confidentiality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to
build rapport with clients and families. Effective time management
skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks
efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required . Explore

fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation
range for this position is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit.
