Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift Name: Days Weekend rotation: Once per month On call: No Holiday Expectations: May be asked to assist with coverage of Thanksgiving or Christmas. All other holidays are staffed as normal working days. Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy. Orientation: 3 days orientation in department. Floating: Caseload may consist of any area within the hospital (trauma, orthopedics, neuro, MedSurg, ICU) including ED.
