Gifted Healthcare is currently seeking a seasoned MedSurg
Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding role in Pell City, Alabama.

lives. Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical
patients in a hospital setting. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate,
detailed reports and records. Interpret patient information and
make critical decisions about needed actions. Consult and
coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as
indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Direct or
supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise
a particular unit. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical
environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make quick and accurate assessments of patient
conditions Capacity to manage multiple patients simultaneously High
level of proficiency in using medical software and patient
management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Alabama BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred
