Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Facility: DCH Health System Location: Tuscaloosa, AL Position: Travel – Home Health Visit Nurse (RN) Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: 13 weeks Start / End: 03/16/2026 – 05/31/2026 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week Weekend Requirement: None Holidays: As required Patients/Day: ~5–7 visits Priority: Low Requirements - License: Active Alabama RN or Compact (No temp licenses) NURSYS - Certifications: BLS (AHA or Red Cross) - Experience: 2 years preferred (will consider 18 months with 1 year Home Health) - EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) – required - Auto Insurance: Proof required at submission Role Highlights - Skilled home health visits; collaborate with RN Care Manager and IDT - OASIS documentation (timely/accurate), weekly wound measurements - Medication reconciliation, patient/family education - Participate in IDT meetings and on-call rotation - Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and extensive mobility About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
