We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to join our leadership team and play a key role in supporting education, training, and professional growth for our Nurses and CNAs. In this vital role, you’ll help elevate resident care by empowering staff with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. &Staff Development Coordinator (RN) The Staff Development Coordinator (RN) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting education and training initiatives for nursing and support staff. This role works closely with nursing leadership to ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of continuous learning. ?
