Job Description Position Overview Pay range: $32.25 - $52.40 /

Program, plus more. Job Description To ensure the efficient
operation of assigned area. To schedule staff in order to meet
patient needs. To be a technical resource and preceptor;
demonstrating proficiency commensurate with advanced technical
skills. To perform services such as advanced myocardial mechanics,
advanced 3D imaging with valve evaluation, advanced procedures in
the cath lab and stress procedures in addition to all level I
procedures. To provide technical assistance with research studies
as required. To utilize independent judgment to perform real time
and off line manipulation of echocardiographic images. To assist
physician as required. To support quality assurance initiatives. To
proficiently operate diagnostic ultrasound and ancillary equipment.
To thoroughly complete appropriate documentation. To provide
echocardiography services at all locations and schedules as needed
to meet patient care needs. QualificationsHigh school diploma or
GED equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular
ultrasound training program preferred. Five (5) years of relevant
experience required. Currently credentialed as a Registered
Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Vascular
Technologist (RVT) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical
Sonography (ARDMS) OR currently credentialed as a Registered
Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing
International (CCI) required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart
Association (AHA) required. All candidates must successfully
complete ultrasound scanning of the heart, subject to approval by
the Echo Quality Panel, as part of the interview process.Why Work
