Psychiatrist Specialty: Psychiatry No of Positions: Minimum 8 FTE
Location: Tuskegee, AL (Primary) Montgomery, Dothan, Fort Rucker,
Monroeville (AL), Columbus (GA) Start Date: June, 2026 Pay: $220
per hour - on site $200 per hour - Tele Psych Shift Schedule: Mon
Fri 8:00 AM 4:30 PM On-Call Required (when clinic closed): Mon Fri:
4:30 PM 7:30 AM Fri Mon: 4:30 PM 8:00 AM Federal Holidays: 8:00 AM
8:00 PM On-Call Requirement: Must be available within 15 minutes by
phone and 60 minutes on-site Shifts/Month: As per facility schedule
License: Active, unrestricted U.S. license Certifications : Board
Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatry (ABPN preferred) Experience:
Psychiatry clinical experience required; VA experience preferred
Special Skills: Psychiatric evaluation & treatment, on-call
responsiveness, VA compliance, documentation, team collaboration
Credentialing: 6 8 weeks Responsibilities: Provide on-site
psychiatric care to VA patients, evaluations & treatment, timely
care per VA standards, participate in full on-call coverage
(nights/weekends/holidays), phone consults, maintain regulatory
compliance Misc: CAVHCS assignment, long-term federal contract, no
holiday/overtime rate difference, VA supports credentialing Prime
