Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00
PM Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

LPN (Day Shift) As a Day Shift LPN , you’ll provide direct nursing
care, support resident recovery, and collaborate closely with RNs,
providers, and therapy teams to ensure the highest standard of care
in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. ? Monitor,
document, and report changes in resident condition Assist residents
with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Support
rehabilitation goals alongside the therapy team Provide education
and emotional support to residents and families Follow infection
control and safety protocols Current and valid LPN license in good
standing Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care Blue
