Job Description Regional Practice Manager – Oral Surgery Group We are seeking an experienced Regional Practice Manager to oversee operations across five oral surgery locations. This role manages all non-clinical functions and ensures each office runs efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across all locations • Manage vendor relationships (IT, equipment, utilities, telecom, facilities) • Resolve operational issues and identify cost-saving opportunities • Supervise administrative staff and dental assistants • Lead hiring, performance management, and terminations • Maintain accountability and drive staff performance • Manage and optimize scheduling across offices • Oversee HIPAA compliance and lead compliance meetings • Ensure adherence to operational and regulatory standards • Coordinate with marketing on growth initiatives Qualifications: • Experience managing 3 locations (required) • Healthcare or dental management experience preferred • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Effective communicator and problem-solver • Able to work independently and make decisions Compensation: • $90,000 – $120,000 Apply if you’re ready to take ownership of multi-site operations and drive performance.
