Physical Therapist Location: Eufaula, AL Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,219 to $2,419 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Active Alabama Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. Current BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Current valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient travel in a home health setting. Experience working in Home Health settings preferred. Experience with patient evaluations, home safety assessments, mobility and gait training, and functional independence interventions preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health.
