neuro and spine procedures in a contract role within the operating
room. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses
seeking to work in a dedicated surgical environment with advanced
technology and a patient-centered approach. Location This position
is based in Pelham, AL, at a main operating room located near
Birmingham. The surrounding area offers a mix of suburban comfort
and access to urban amenities, including recreational parks,
cultural venues, and community events, making it a great place to
live and work. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive perioperative
nursing care to neuro and spine surgery patients Maintain a 1:1
patient ratio to ensure focused, individualized attention
Collaborate with surgical teams utilizing advanced equipment such
as the DaVinci Robot and Max Face systems Follow rigorous protocols
adhering to sterile and safety standards in the OR Participate in
call rotations as required, with details discussed during the
interview Document accurately using the Cerner EMR system to
support quality patient care Qualifications Current RN license with
a minimum of 2 years of experience in neuro/spine operating room
nursing Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA) Ability to
float within a 25-mile radius from the home campus Familiarity or
experience with orthopedic surgery is preferred Professional
appearance: navy scrubs required; no T-shirts, fleece jackets,
hoods, or nail polish allowed Schedule 4 shifts per week, 10 hours
each, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Guaranteed 36 hours weekly This
