Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare seeks a dedicated Travel ICU RN to join our
staffing team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This role is essential for
providing critical care to patients in intensive care units. As
part of the Gifted Healthcare team, you will leverage your
specialist skills to deliver high-quality nursing care under
challenging conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, adapting to
rapidly changing situations and maintaining communication with
family members and the care team. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care in an ICU setting. Collaborate with
healthcare team members to formulate care plans. Maintain accurate
patient records and monitor vital signs. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and health management. Administer
medications and assist with life-support equipment. Ensure
adherence to hospital policies and legal regulations. Proficiency
in critical care nursing practices. Ability to operate complex
medical machinery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of rapid decision-making in high-pressure scenarios.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid RN
license. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification. ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification.
