recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while

reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s,
Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Alabama Physical Therapy
license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from
American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Experience providing skilled therapy services to older adults,
including fall risk assessment, transfers, and ADL training
preferred. Ability to document using electronic medical records
systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled
Nursing Facility. Shift pattern: M-F with 1 weekend rotation per
month. Shift name: Other. Assignment length: 13 week assignment
(client will consider 13 or 26 weeks). Location Highlights
