Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel
MedSurg RN to join our team in Northport, Alabama. This position

care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in
patients' conditions while maintaining accurate patient records.
Administer prescribed medications, apply dressings, and monitor
vital signs. Assist in surgery and coordinate with healthcare
professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic
regimens. Proficient in providing general nursing care to patients
in medical-surgical units. Capable of using medical software for
patient documentation. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills for educating and interacting with patients, staff, and the
public. Ability to respond effectively to emergencies. Medical
Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Alabama. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
