Summary This position is located at Lake Tholocco Lodging. Responsibilities Make reservations for incoming guests based on room availability. Assist clientele in the completion of required forms and registration cards. Answer questions pertaining to rules and regulations governing the assignment and use of quarters; issue room keys. Orient guests concerning use of facilities and equipment, and other facilities available on post. Assist or arrange transportation. Compute charges for guests checking out, receive payments and room keys; renders receipts. Answer billing questions and concerns. Account for and secure cash at end of shift. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to complete required reports and use a computer for work processing or data entry. Good verbal communication and customer service skills. One-year hotel front desk experience is preferred. Best Qualified Criteria: Possess three (3) months Customer Service experience. Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications and best qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official first.
