Lead and manage all aspects of catering operations, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. Collaborate with culinary and event planning teams to design and execute tailored menus and events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their needs with proactive solutions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the catering department. Train and mentor catering staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Implement innovative strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Oversee logistical planning of events, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors for seamless execution.
