Responsibilities - Event Coordinator:
- Organize and execute all dealership and employee events.
- Monitor, participate and handle all logistics for setting up
and take down of all community events on the Enterprise Chamber of
Commerce and Fort Rucker's MWR calendar, during the week and at
times on weekends.
- Coordinate events with department managers to ensure coverage
and participation by dealership employees.
- Maintain inventory of giveaway items to be used at marketing
- Receive and approve sponsorship and donation requests.
Responsibilities - Human Resources and Employee Relations:
- Meet with department heads to discuss open positions and
- Write and post job requisitions on job recruiting
- Conduct initial phone interviews for each department
- Participate in candidate interviews with department heads &
- Evaluate talent to move candidates forward in the interviewing
- Guide new hires through the hiring process
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to include
completing appropriate paperwork, assigning proper training, meet
and greet with department heads and ensuring all administrative
tasks are completed prior to the initial start of employment.
- The administrator of GM Global Connect and CRM tools and
responsible for keeping all job roles and employee information up
to date and assigning correct permissions.
- Monitor training for all employees to ensure training modules
are complete for each quarter.
- Resolve employee complaints in conjunction with department
- Organize employee team-building functions
- Update changes to the employee handbook as needed.
- Submit memos to employees regarding policy changes and upcoming
- Listen and implement employee ideas as necessary and resolve
employee complaints as appropriate.
