Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior HR Analyst - ServiceNow for a remote position nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement maintenance and testing of ServiceNow for HR
Interact with business users to gather and clarify business requirements and translate requirements into system functionality
Provide hands-on leadership and program management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Admin and/or Configuration specifically HR Service Delivery solutions
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR configuration, virtual agent conversation design, journey design and configuration, surveys, and analytics
Advanced skills in HR process design and mapping, deep knowledge of HR processes, delivery models, and organizational structures
Proficient in program management methodologies and tools in addition to performing business analyst activities
