Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:

Design system solutions to optimize recruiting systems and integrations with other point solutions and key business systems
Manage complex projects and vendor relationships, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to implement best practice solutions
Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems, including configuring fields, workflows, roles/permissions, and reports

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in recruiting technology and system administration, with 2+ years of Project Management experience
Previous enterprise ATS and HRIS experience, with proficiency in Greenhouse and preferably Workday
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into effective use of applications
Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components
Experience designing test plans and launching projects effectively on tight timelines
