Job Description:

A company is looking for a Chatbot Developer with a focus on ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the product owner and provide technical knowledge on the ServiceNow platform
Develop and implement AI-based data-driven solutions for the ServiceNow platform
Ensure compliance with federal standards for security, usability, and reliability

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of hands-on application development experience
2+ years of development experience with AI/ML technologies related to Chatbot capabilities
Implementation experience with ServiceNow in a federal environment
Strong proficiency in JavaScript
