the job for you! Hospitality Ambassadors are often like the
cheerleaders for the local places we serve because they:
Continually greet and find ways to interact with nearly everyone
they come into contact with to offer a greeting and friendly
conversation. Help visitors by making suggestions of activities,
attractions, and restaurants. In many cases, if someone knows where
they are going, such as a resident or employee, we still want to
offer friendly greetings and interactions to everyone.
Professionally represent not only us but our customers, and they
realize we're highly visible and operate in one of our cities' most
important fishbowls. Take action when something out of the ordinary
happens, which may require police, fire, EMS, or social service
outreach professionals. As a Hospitality Ambassador, no two days
are ever the same, but a typical day will likely include the
following responsibilities: Be Visible and Be Really Friendly: Our
job is to be a visible presence and create continual friendly
interactions with the people in the public space we serve and to be
a reassuring, helpful presence. Ongoing Reporting: Be comfortable
using our simple smartphone app to report normal activities and
incidents. We might be a great match if: You love going home every

someone else's day better. You have prior experience in customer
service, hotel, retail, private security, and other forms of public
service. You're looking to start a new career working with the
