Type: Full-Time, W2, Direct-Hire Compensation: $60,000-$100,000,
commensurate with experience Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is
supporting a highly-respected law firm in Greensboro, NC, with
their search for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to
support multiple attorneys. The ideal candidate will have
substantial experience managing commercial real estate transactions
from pre-closing through post-closing, drafting and reviewing
transaction documents, and handling title and due diligence
materials. This position requires strong organizational skills,
accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies. Primary
Responsibilities: Manage commercial real estate transactions from
contract through closing and post-closing. Draft, review, and
revise documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases,
loan documents, closing binders, and related transactional
materials. Review and summarize title commitments, title policies,
surveys, and due diligence materials. Coordinate with attorneys,
clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth and timely
closings. Maintain organized transaction files and ensure deadlines
and critical dates are consistently met. Minimum Requirements: 3
years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a
mid-to-large law firm environment. Demonstrated experience with
pre-closing, closing, and post-closing processes. Strong
proficiency reviewing title and survey materials and supporting due
diligence. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to
manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (Not
Required): North Carolina Notary Public certification. Paralegal
studies certificate, associate degree, or similar legal education.
