Employment Immigration Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a
skilled Employment Immigration Attorney to provide expert legal
guidance and representation in various immigration matters. The
ideal candidate will have a strong focus on employment-based
immigration, particularly in areas such as EB, National Interest
Waivers, EB1A, and O1, with experience in healthcare and
physician-related immigration cases. Key Responsibilities Provide
legal advice and representation to clients in employment-based
immigration matters. Prepare and file immigration petitions and
applications, including EB, NIW, EB1A, and O1 cases. Conduct
thorough reviews of client documentation and immigration history.
Draft complex legal documents and correspondence related to
immigration applications and status. Stay updated on immigration
laws and policies affecting employment-based immigration. Assist
clients in navigating the immigration process, ensuring compliance
with all regulations. Collaborate with other legal professionals
and stakeholders to support client needs. Qualifications Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar
membership in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of experience in
immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases. Strong
knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, particularly in EB,
NIW, EB1A, and O1 categories. Experience working with healthcare
professionals and physicians is preferred. Excellent analytical,
organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple cases effectively. Benefits
