Job Title: Production Worker Pay Rate: $15.00-$15.50/hour Shift Hours:5:45AM -6:30PM or 5:45 PM – 6:30 AM Schedule: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our client’s team. This position plays a key role in supporting the debunk/inspection area by stacking WIP (Work-In-Progress) trays on dollies, removing scrap materials, and maintaining an efficient, clean production environment. Key Responsibilities Support the debunk/inspection area by stacking trays on dollies. Remove scrap materials safely and efficiently from the production area. Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet daily production goals. Perform additional utility tasks as needed to support smooth operations. Qualifications Ability to work 12-hour shifts (5:45 PM – 6:30 AM CST), including rotating weekends. Physically capable of lifting, stacking, and moving materials up to 25 lbs throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Prior experience in production or manufacturing is required . What's in it for me?
