Sales Support Coordinator
Seco Tools is seeking self-motivated, proactive
relationship-building professional for the role of Sales Support
Coordinator. This role will support an existing sales region in
achieving sales growth and volume goals through automating and
alleviating administrative work and building and maintaining
positive customer relationships.

Profile and Position Summary:
We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree that has a
minimum of 4 years' experience in a Customer Success role through a
technical relationship management environment. The ideal candidate
will take pride in their ability to establish rapport and
credibility over the phone, email, and other means of
communication. The relationships we build with our team and
customers (new and existing) is something that sets us apart from
the competition. We are looking for someone who has strong planning
and organizational skills with a high motivation to grow the
business and themselves, personally and professionally. To help
build the relationship, we see 20% travel within the region.
Technical machining knowledge in the metal cutting industry is
something that will set you apart from the competition. Being able
to support the sales cycle from a technical side will show the
customer that we are devoted to support them and grow their
business. The sales cycle will be supported using our CRM system,
Sugar CRM. It's OK if you're unfamiliar with this CRM system, but
familiarity with a CRM system will be a key benefit to hitting the
ground running. Speaking of technology, we utilize Office 365, so
be ready to use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with the regional sales manager to assist with
administrative tasks from the field (i.e., quotes, demo, stock
levels etc.). Open communication and regular cadence with assigned
region to determine and prioritize needs of the territory. Build
trust and credibility with field reps and customers by going above
and beyond what is expected by anticipating future needs as the
sales environment changes. Travels to customer sites (channel or
end user) to build relationships. Advocate and facilitate the use
of self-service technologies offered by Seco - (i.e., My Pages,
SOS, EDI) Manage, maintain and provide regular updates on open
order reports for the region. Proactively expediting or offering
alternatives. Keeping customers and sales reps in the loop.
Maintaining detailed records of customer issues and interactions in
CRM. Provide organizational/coordination support for the region
(i.e., scheduling, follow-ups). Facilitate CRM requests - reports,
dashboards, updates, etc. Works on special assignments as assigned.
Work with NA Customer Support Manager to build support playbook as
well as CSR certification/onboarding process. Understand how end
user potential is evaluated and how to qualify a lead.
