What makes a fantastic Technical Client Solutions Consultant?

As the Client Solutions Consultant you will be serving as primary pre- and post-sales, technical resource for the Unified Communications practice area to Sales team. In this role you will meeting with customers and prospects to understand their technical environment and business requirements. You will be working with sales, product management, operations, and finance teams to sell, design, and price supportable, profitable, creative solutions that are market-leading and meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Developing and presenting proposals that are targeted for both technical and non-technical audiences in response to customer/prospect needs.

Work to overcome solution-specific objections from customers and showcasing our solutions in a competitively beneficial light.

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships across all departments.

Fostering customer relationships that result in high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and new revenue opportunities.

Represent customers’ and prospects’ interests to internal teams, as appropriate, to ensure continuous improvements in product offerings, network effectiveness, client relationships and overall customer satisfaction.

Provide internal technical training and presentations for current and new products.

Qualifications for consideration:

3+ years supporting Client Solutions Consulting teams from the technical aspect.

Technical knowledge of Cloud Computing and Unified Communications, including VoIP PBX and Call Center solutions, VoIP Gateways, and Firewall products.

Strong IP, LAN/WAN networking knowledge with internet-working devices, VoIP and SIP trunking is essential.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to travel 30%

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

3+ Years Altigen or other Unified Communications experience
