**Position Description:**

CGI is seeking a Client Care Representative to support our banking services. This position provides an opportunity for full time and part time employment. Some weekends may be required.

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**

In this position, you will be required to:

Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate organization skills in order to handle multiple take simultaneously; such as answering multiple call at one time

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Ability to work within a team setting or alone, when needed

Ability to attentively listen and provide recommendation and/or answers to customer query

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**

A high school diploma or GED is required to support this client.
