- Apply organization policy and planning processes to develop IT
policies and plans, participate in the IT capital planning process,
perform Contingency Of Operation Planning (COOP), configuration
- Perform reviews of existing systems, analyze problems or
deficiencies, perform site visits as required for troubleshooting
and problem resolution .
- Ensure FISMA compliance; develop information systems
requirements, perform cost-benefit analysis, coordinate IT
acquisitions and planning for life cycle management.
- Provide authoritative program related advice regarding system
concepts, doctrine, methods, practices, operations and technologies
in support of the ACLC mission and other Fleet Management
- Formulate, plan, and execute the ACLC IT modernization

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements
described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience,
including volunteer work done through National Service programs
(e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g.,
professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community;
student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying
experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade
level in the Federal service which includes:
1) Information Management/Technology advisor, providing policy,
planning, and technical advice for managing and securing ACLC
mission IT systems.
2) Serve as the strategic partner for IT coordination between
ACLC headquarters and the installation Network Enterprise Center
(NEC), Regional Network Enterprise Center, PEO Aviation, USAACE
CIO/G6 and HQ AMCOM.
3) Integration of PEO Aviation Program Managed Software with IT
programs and services for ACLC. Develop unique solutions to
integration/interoperability issues, manage assigned projects, and
communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical
4) Specialized knowledge and skill in Army Aviation Logistics
Information Systems used by ACLC in relation to the
troubleshooting, management, support, and sustainment of PEO EIS
Program Managed Software.
