to hire Full Time - Remote - Call Center Reps for their
We need 35 full time individuals who are ready to start
on August 16th!
WHAT YOU’LL GET:

• 2 years of prior Call Center Experience (Required)

TYPES OF PHONE CALLS THESE AGENTS TAKE:
- Process Service Orders
- Billing & Payment Questions: Taking
payments, setting up payment arrangements, assisting customers with
extending payment due dates, etc.
- All the calls that come to this team
are high bill calls, agents must be both comfortable and able to
work with customers who are struggling to pay their bill and work
to find the best possible solution for both the customer and the
- Start, Stop, and Transfer service: Agents assist customers in
starting service, transferring service from one home to another,
and closing out service for a customer. On these calls our agents
perform credit checks and setup deposit and start/stop dates.
- Outage calls: assisting customers with
reporting outages in their area.
- General Customer Service
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Qualified candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of Call Center or Collections environment, etc
• Pays $15.00 an hour
- Training will be 5 weeks
- Must be available between 6am-6pm (Central Standard), Monday -
- Monday's require a 10-12 hour shift.
