They generate and secure new sales in a professional environment by calling on and prospecting with a focus on business to business opportunities. This can include property management firms, landscape companies, and sports related facilities.TruGreens produced commercial work has grown over $9M year to date versusprior year.   • Achieve sales goals and executes sales plans to small, medium, and large businesses.
  • Calling on property managers, landscapers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurant, banks or any corporate entity in need of superior lawn care products/services
  • Presenting Proposals forlawn care services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts
  • Generates new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers
  • Negotiating price and design utilizing custom based technology and devices.
  • Generating leads utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports etc.
