The Support Specialist I will triage the support case queue within the CRM application to ensure cases are handled by support personnel based on a defined priority requirement. He or she will create and complete all requests for Return Material Authorizations for reading device products within the CRM application. The individual in this role will perform follow-up on Return Material Authorization requests issued where the product has not been received by the associated repair department. The Support Specialist I will fulfill follow-up requests on Return Material Authorizations where the product has been received by the associated repair department. He or she will provide updates to customers and other defined stakeholders when notification has been received regarding Return Material Authorization delays. The individual in this role will create and complete all requests for license application key requests on supported software and mobile applications. This activity will need to be appropriately documented within the CRM application. The Support Specialist I will perform transfer file validation requests, provide appropriate feedback to the requestor/stakeholders, and document appropriately within the CRM application while also providing meter, endpoint, hardware, software, and mobile application support via email and telephone.

Requirements: Education: Associate degree or equivalent troubleshooting/help desk experience.

Experience: Entry - level

Skills: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment; exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills; and strong verbal/written communication skills.
