yet creative self-starter to join our Demand Generation team as an
Associate Digital Marketer, where you'll refine and execute
programs to achieve monthly lead generation and sales pipeline
goals. In this role, you'll be responsible for deploying digital
and account-based marketing demand generation programs, as well as
managing vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting on results

in developing, overseeing, and implementing marketing campaigns to
drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline + Work with
advertisers and vendors to ensure that promotions are going out in
a timely manner and are driving return on investment + Initiate
drafts for ad copy, landing pages, email, and monthly testing plans
for responsible channels such as email, social, search, and/or
pay-per-lead programs + Plan and execute campaigns to deliver
required monthly lead volume by segment to achieve demand
generation and sales targets + Collaborate with the Sales
department to gain insight and brainstorms activities that will
increase the opportunity conversion and sales conversion +
Interface with other Marketing associates to enhance iCIMS' impact
and maintain a clear brand message + Implement activities within a
defined budget + Report on monthly and quarterly Cost-Per-Lead and
Cost-Per-Opportunity metrics for owned programs + Leverage
Salesforce and Tableau to track performance and analyze data trends
against monthly goals + Leverage Demandbase to understand prospect
engagement & intent signals and develop programs to engaged buyers
and buying groups at target accounts. + Research persona and
industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach end
user/buyer + Demonstrate a sense of urgency and takes initiative +
Maintain flexibility and reacts to change appropriately + Receive
and takes action on feedback and lessons learned for continual
professional improvement and development + Other duties as assigned
Qualifications + Marketing internship and/or 6 months+ experience
working in b2b marketing or on b2b marketing initiatives. + Ability
to analyze campaign results and provide insights on improvements +
Project management and/or budget management skills + Excellent
written and verbal communication skills + Exceptional interpersonal
skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented
environment + Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and
problem-solving skills + Strong results orientation with a proven
track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail +
Microsoft Office proficiency + Comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment that is going through high growth + Self-motivated,
enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple
project types Preferred + Account-based marketing, digital
marketing experience + Salesforce.com experience EEO Statement

Compensation and Benefits iCIMS offers the following benefits:
medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick

The target total compensation for this role is $45,700 - $60,900.
Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience.
