U.S.* ICF's Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing,
entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a ServiceNow SecOps
Consultant, Principal to support upcoming needs with our federal
customers.Our Digital Modernization Division is an information
technology and management consulting department that offers
integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector
clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design,
build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all
aspects of our client's business.ICF is seeking a talented customer
service-oriented ServiceNow SecOps Consultant, Principal to provide
front-line support on the Tailored Platform Support Services (TPSS)
team for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). To enhance
their ServiceNow delivery capability, they are looking for
high-caliber, multi-dimensional ServiceNow process experts with
proven skills in assisting organizations in adopting service
management, operations management, vulnerability response
management, and security operations management best practices and
capturing business requirements for enhancements to vulnerability
response and security operations in the ServiceNow
platform.Successful candidates will have a blend of expertise in
process design and ServiceNow configuration, development, and
administration. As a member of the project team, you will be
working with their clients to assess current state processes and
tools, define ServiceNow solution requirements, and tailor
ServiceNow in alignment with these requirements.This position is
100% remote and candidates can expect to work during normal
business hours (9-5 EST).What you'll be doing:+ Demonstrate a high
level of expertise and best practice within ServiceNow, with a
focus on:+ Security Incident Response+ Vulnerability Remediation+
Threat intelligence+ VRM+ Expert-Level Understanding of Security
and/or IRM/GRC technologies.+ Lead process definition,
reengineering, improvement, and analysis sessions to identify
solutions that are repeatable and efficient.+ Develop required
documentation such as process design documents.+ Prepare and lead
process discovery and requirement workshops.+ Document and
communicate functional design and process requirements.+ Provide
thought leadership and collaborate with internal ServiceNow
Solutions teams.+ Identify areas of process and/or platform
improvement to improve sustainability and increase adoption rates.+
Verify that processes related to our deliverables are both complete
and consistent as well as of high quality, and importantly
delivering additional value.Requirements:+ 1+years of Advanced
level understanding of ServiceNow application UI and workflow
configuration, report development, and integration components
(e.g., LDAP, SSO, etc.)+ 1+years of experience leading or heavily
supporting at least two full lifecycles ServiceNow Security
Operations implementations+ 1+years of experience in Web
Technologies scripting (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)+
4+years of experience with ServiceNow+ 2+years of experience
implementing ServiceNow SecOps solutions+ 2+ years of experience in
security/security operations process design/process improvement+ 2+
years of experience in vulnerability response process
design/process improvement+ 1+years of experience understanding of
Agile SCRUM development methodology+ 1+years of experience of
advanced level experience with non-core applications (ex.
Orchestration, Discovery, Performance Analytics, CMDB, etc.) and
integrations+ 1+years of experience with knowledge of third-party
scanning tools, i.e. Tenable, Splunk, Veracode, etc.+ ServiceNow
Certifications for System Administrator (or commitment to attain
these certifications within 90 days of hire date)+ ServiceNow
Certified Implementation Specialist Certification for Security
Operations and/or Vulnerability Response+ US Citizenship required;
Employment must be compliant with eligibility for Public Trust due
to Government Contract+ MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and
the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this
work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.Preferred skills:+
ServiceNow CSA and/or other ServiceNow Certifications (I.E CIS-SIR

. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is $97,594.00 - $165,910.00Nationwide
