for First Line Leader - Finished Products positions with one of the

Position Details
Location: Prattville, AL
Compensation: $100K - $110K (based on experience)
Shift: DuPont schedule
four-week cycle - four-night shifts, three days off, three-day
shifts, one day off, three-night shifts, three days off, four-day
shifts, seven days off.

Position Description
As the First Line Leader, you will provide the first level of
supervision to employees working rotating shifts on two linerboard
paper machines, as well as employees working in Shipping and
Secondary Fiber Departments. You will be responsible for leading
approximately 15-20 hourly union employees. This includes, but is
not limited to, setting goals and standards, performance and
attendance management, safety, productivity, product quality, cost,
employee engagement, and training.
The mill is a complex, fully integrated pulp and paper
manufacturing facility with two machines. The mill includes
multiple process lines of wood handling, pulping, power and
recovery, and effluent treatment. The position works within the
Finished Products business unit.
Position Requirements
--- The ideal candidate has a background in leadership and 2-5
years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
--- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to build trust, respect,
and teamwork with your direct reports.
