JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Specialist will assist our customers throughout the order and invoice cycle for a specific product division. This position will partner with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products and services
Works with customers to resolve problems and concerns with invoicing, order changes, shipping concerns, etc., including maintaining accurate records in order system
Coordinates with other departments (shipping/receiving, operations, installation, etc.) to ensure 100% order accuracy and satisfaction
Aids in accounting process on processing of customer purchase orders, preparation of invoices, and order acknowledgement
Preparation and maintenance of reports in regular frequency
Assists with answering phones, filing, and other office activities
Ensures company policies and procedures are being adhered to properly
Other duties as required by Accounting Lead/CFO

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED required; Some college or associate's degree preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of office environment experience required; accounting experience is preferred
Work experience in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
ERP experience strongly preferred; Prophet 21 (P-21, Epicor) experience is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Competencies utilized: active listening, critical thinking, decision making, negotiation, service orientation, problem solving, time management, attention to detail, high ethical standards
Applicants chosen for employment will be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening


OTHER:

This position requires frequent repetitive motions, sitting, standing, and using both hands
Constant exposure to indoor climate-controlled office environment; frequent exposure to warehouse conditions (i.e., non-climate controlled)
