1. Regular and punctual attendance required.
2. Maintain school facilities and grounds.
3. Sweep, mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, strip, wax and buff floors and any other task related to
cleanliness.
4. Conduct maintenance, make repairs as needed to include changing light fixtures and light bulbs.
5. Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on those items requiring work that is more detailed.
6. Order and maintain supplies.
7. Assist with moving furniture and other items within the school facilities.
8. Be available to respond as required to alarm activations.
9. Lock and secure school buildings daily as assigned.

Salary Range: From/To $20.00 per hour (The funding for and duration of this position are finite, Pursuant to the Students First Act of 2011, Section 4(3)(b), tenure may not be gained by time served in this position).
