Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Care Coordinator for their remote, full-time position in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Locate healthcare providers that accept patient's insurance and new patients
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care efficiently
Secure durable medical equipment and connect patients to vital community resources

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of related experience
Bilingual proficiency in verbal and written Spanish
Basic knowledge of insurance benefits and eligibility criteria
Highly self-motivated and excellent time management skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
