Description:Climate Control AtmosphereWilling to train 3 weeks vacationCompetitive Pay Health Insurance Options (OAP & HSA)Dental and Vision10 Paid HolidaysThe CNC Machinist is responsible to operate one or more machine tools or special purpose machines to machinemetal parts to required specifications.Requirements:Key Deliverables of the Position--- Run Standard operating procedures on multiple axis machines--- Contact Manufacturing Services to troubleshoot process problems--- Change perishable tooling when required--- Install new tool holders--- Follow set up instructions to set up CNC machines--- Following inspection plans to inspect parts--- Communicate to co-workers on status of cell operations--- Participate in continuous improvement activities--- Troubleshoot tooling as required--- Work holding (fixturing - chucking)--- Perform basic programming on machinesRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required; a minimum of 5 years of experience with manual and CNC machines, multi-axis preferred.Required Technical Competencies--- Competency in Machining Skillso Fixturingo Chuckingo Work holdingo Programming preferred--- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting SkillsRequired Behavioral CompetenciesQuality Oriented Accomplishes tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showsconcern for all aspects of the job; accurately checks processes and tasks; is watchful over a period oftime.Contributes to Team Success Actively participates as a member of a team to move the team towardthe completion of goals.Applied Learning Assimilates and applies new job-related information in a timely manner.Energy - Consistently maintaining high levels of activity or productivity; sustaining long working hours when necessary; operating with vigor, effectiveness, and determination over extended periods of time--- Regularly lift 30-50 pounds--- Regularly perform repetitive tasks--- Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accuratelyEEO/AA Employer/E-Verify CLIMATE CONTROL ENVIRONMENTWilling to TrainSalary range DOE - 20.00 - 30.00 2nd Shift Differential 1.00 hr
