Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with installation of VRI devices
Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and courteous manner
Process new client referrals, verify information, and explain services being offered

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to speak Spanish
1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
