Job Description:

A company is looking for an Enterprise Strategic Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and educate businesses on the company's offerings and the value of offering it as an employee benefit
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise-sized companies within a defined regional US territory
Achieve sales quotas and performance metrics aligned with company goals

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience, including selling into HR, Total Rewards, and other key leaders, and working with Brokers and Channel Partners
Demonstrated experience selling an early stage product
Startup experience with an entrepreneurial drive
Experience with CRM and other sales-related tools
Proven track record of overachievement in sales
