Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to join their Design Systems team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and implementation of Ford's visual language and design system
Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent implementation of the design system
Provide design leadership and guidance to teams and promote the adoption of shared patterns and components

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in designing for desktop and mobile environments
3+ years of experience creating scalable and accessible designs
3+ years of experience working in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment
2+ years of experience creating and managing design systems
