Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and leadership to design and maintain
population health analytics and data products
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and
prioritize deliverables
Model, analyze, and translate data into high value insights to
evaluate and enhance the company's care model
Qualifications:
Healthcare experience, preferably in a data role at a
healthcare-focused technology startup or health plan
Experience working with healthcare data such as EHR, claims, and
ADT data
Proven leadership in translating data into insights and providing
technical guidance
Curiosity and drive to understand how things work
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate challenges in
fast-paced environments
