Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Services Professional to
join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls from facility and professional providers
regarding plan documents, benefits, and claims
Perform triaging of emails and voicemails
Enter data into the system and communicate with colleagues and
other departments as necessary
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year experience within a customer support role; Health Insurance
experience strongly preferred
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
