Job Description:

A company is looking for a Content Design UX Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for new partners and build strong relationships to ensure their success with the company's products
Design customized content for the company's products in collaboration with partners
Monitor client metrics, conduct business reviews, and identify new opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (psychology, marketing, UX design)
1+ year of experience in a customer success or account management role in a tech or academic-focused environments
Experience in software development or mobile app development preferred
Passion for open science and creating high-impact scalable solutions
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and tackle problems with creativity and ingenuity
