Job Description:
A company is looking for a Motion Design Systems Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate and create motion design systems including lower-thirds,
captions, titles, and more
Collaborate with customer design teams to integrate motion that
aligns with their brand assets
Review production designs and ensure motion quality across various
parameters
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a motion designer working in After
Effects
3+ years of experience in brand design for a large brand, agency,
or similar
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced startup
environment
Ability to work with a team in a zero-ego work environment
Bonus: Experience with basic JavaScript/CSS and programming
concepts
